Fatigue from West Nile and anemia made me desperate to find a natural product to boost my energy without making me jittery. bCalm is a definitely great, refreshing drink with a healthy dose of B Vitamins. Not sure if there are any active ingredients that make this anymore "relaxing" than taking your normal vitamin intake per day though.

I gave some of the cans of the product to my friends and they all greatly enjoyed it and found it to do exactly what the web site, along with the can mentioned. This stuff is amazing. It's healthy and makes you feel great. Perfect on a busy day or a slow, relaxing day. whatever's mood you're in, bcalm will make you feel better.

I'm a single mother and full time student and I also have ADHD. I'm sure you can appreciate how overwhelming, stressful and distracting daily life can get for me. I just love bcalm, as it has been very useful in helping me remain focused and curb the stress.
After a hectic day of classes, coming home to make dinner, then chasing after a 3 yr old till bedtime, AND trying to keep the house looking relatively neat, I often have trouble relaxing enough to fall asleep at a reasonable hour. But, after drinking a bcalm at dinnertime, I find restful sleep is much easier to achieve. Don't misunderstand - the product doesn't make me sleepy, but rather, it allows me to unwind, so that I'm able to shift gears from "go, go, go" to "time for rest" without any trouble at all.
